Cigars and mechanical watches ask the same thing of their owners: patience, and a place to keep things properly. One waits in cedar; the other waits in motion. Ember & Hour began with the thought that they might wait together.

The result is a single cabinet designed around both rituals — humidity held where it belongs, winding kept dry and separate, and an exterior calm enough to live in a room rather than announce itself.

The visual language is contemporary, with a restrained nod to 1930s Havana: measured proportion, fine rules, clear type. Reference rather than nostalgia.
